Open position: Operations Associate

Educational qualification - BE / B.Tech from top tier colleges / MBA from top 20 Institutes

Work Experience - 1-3 years

Background - Experience in logistics/manufacturing/contruction/other operations heavy sector

- Exposure to desing, creation, implementation and optimization of processes

- Familiar with best practices for operations. Understanding of Six-Sigma a plus

Personal requirements:

- Energy and enthusiasm and the inclination to work hard to make a difference a must

- Passionate about working in a really fast growing dynamic company

- Well spoken, presentable with good communication skills

- Ability to handle ground level staff

Job Description -

- Help expand the Last Mile business by setting up New Centers in different Cities across the country

- Help formulate scalable processes and policies to ensure long term growth

- Modify / Optimize the existing processes to increase efficiency

- Interact with clients / vendors and all related stake holders to solve critical operational problems

- Take complete ownership of an aspect of the project and ensure smooth running

- Will work directly with the top management of the company
