Delhivery - Manager / Senior Manager - Regional Sales - Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new acquisition, revenue and profitability
2. Build bespoke solution and pricing
3. Coordinate with internal and external tech stakeholders to improve on the current tech product capability
4. Manage and grow existing clients
5. Sell FC services to D2C/Brand enterprises
6. Sales experience of 4-15 yrs in Logistics / Courier / E-commerce preferred
7. Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's
8. Nurturing client relationships, building Positive client experience and maintaining strong client relationships, retaining the business, and identifying growth opportunities
Desired Skills and Experience:- Strong in Sales/ Business Development and data analytics
- Preferred to have knowledge of the e-commerce / Logistics Industry
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Proactive and self-driven with a great sense of ownership
- Strong problem solving & Prioritization skills with an eye for detail.
- Good in negotiation and persuasion.
