Delhivery - Manager/Senior Manager - Pricing - Ocean Freight Business - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/FMS/MDI

Job Description:

This role will play a crucial role in Delhivery's mission to provide efficient, innovative, and reliable logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities:

- Involves leading and developing the ocean freight pricing strategy to ensure it meets and exceeds the company's growth objectives.

- To formulate and manage partnerships with shipping companies, to build a competitive and reliable ocean freight product on assigned trade lanes (primarily exports).

- Regular touch-base with shipping companies through frequent visits and negotiate rates on key trade lanes

- This is a 6 day - WFO role

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in strategy/Negotiation skills/Analytics/Pricing

- Only Engineering/MBA graduates from Tier 1 institutes are preferred

- Deep understanding of ocean freight logistics, including knowledge of key shipping lines and industry trends is an added advantage

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain partnerships.

- Strong structured thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
