Role
Delhivery is looking for a Performance marketing manager for our SME and Consumer businesses to drive conversion via paid channels profitably and grow the business at a double digit MoM rate.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Being responsible for the lead acquisition pipeline and set up, including monitoring and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns on LinkedIn ads, Paid search (Google, Bing), and Facebook ads
- Owning mid- and bottom-of-funnel cross-channel nurturing via paid ads to drive conversions; build custom audiences and monitor website tracking to grow our retargeting base
- Identifying new opportunities and new performance marketing channels to test and validate as potential Lead sources
- Evaluating the performance of ongoing campaigns based on KPIs and create reports on Moengage, GA4 or Google Data Studio (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC: LTV, Cohorts, etc.)
- Having experience dealing with B2B marketing attribution models, you will collaborate with marketing operations to ensure the best attribution accuracy possible
- Collaborating with our Sales Ops team on form tracking and lead prospecting strategy
- Working closely with our designers and copywriters to deliver best-in-class ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages (built on Hubspot or Unbounce)
- Researching and analyzing competitors' performance marketing activities
- Working closely with the Digital marketing Lead on performance budget planning and strategy
- Researching current trends and developments in B2B marketing and bring your own ideas into daily work processes and new projects
Requirements:
- You have 5+ years of paid social /paid search experience (LinkedIn/Facebook/Google ads) in SaaS companies or in B2B demand generation
- You have gained experience with scaling performance marketing programs across different countries and geos
- You are experienced in Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio
- You have experience managing a yearly budget of 1Cr or more is a plus
- You possess experience with marketing automation platforms like Moengage are a plus
- Your SEO Skills are considered a big plus
- You have outstanding written and oral ability in English.
