Position Summary :
Role holder will be responsible for Building Internal Talent Pipeline to support the fast paced growth of the organization. The role holder will be responsible for the design and implementation of the Performance Management process, identification of key talent and for creating a robust leadership pipeline for the organization. The position will also be responsible for design and delivery of OD Interventions.
Job Description :
- Process owner for the end to end Performance Management System for the organization
- Development and implement learning programs that promote coaching, training and continuous education for the leadership
- Responsible for formulating company policies in accordance with the company philosophy.
- Design and delivery of all Internal Assessment Centers in the organization and all processes related to key talent identification.
- Responsible for design and delivery of OD Interventions in accordance with the Business Strategy.
