We provide sellers a modular suite of e-commerce technologies coupled with pan-India logistics operations, helping them achieve fast, reliable and flexible customer fulfilment.

Our proprietary commerce technologies toolkit provides sellers a way to develop and manage their entire online channel - including setting up a web-store, catalogue management, studio services, and integration with marketplaces, payments, SEO/SEM, customer analytics and inventory management. All our IT is built in-house and is completely customized to the unique needs of each of our clients.

Delhivery also owns and operates over 60000 sqft of fulfilment space across 3 cities with a dedicated call centre, along with an in-house express shipping network across 60 cities with over 85 distribution stations. By March 2014, we will have over 250000 sqft of fulfilment space across 10 cities with express shipping in over 150 cities. Our fulfilment and logistics solutions can be provided on a stand-alone basis or bundled together as part of a larger engagement.

Delhivery was founded in June 2011 by alumni of IIM Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIM Calcutta and IIT Delhi. We currently work with over 700 E-commerce players across 60 cities and are the fastest growing start up in the Indian e commerce landscape. As we grow the Delhivery team, we are looking for individuals from all kinds of backgrounds who have a passion for hands-on work, tremendous drive and the ability to work in diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drives Business growth, and Market Share of the Specific Category with strong product, competition and consumer analytics. Contributes in development of Periodic Financial Plans and Projections. Contributes in the product communication and execute the sales plans

- Generate incremental transaction volume, payment volume, and customer awareness

- Identify Partners for a category and work with them to create custom value proposition essential for the category

- Develop a deep understanding of the products and services such as Fulfillment, Last Mile and Omni Channel offerings from Delhivery to execute new business partnerships

- Partner closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings; be responsible for voice of the customers

- Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in through various reporting systems

- Manage complex contract negotiation

Skills/competencies required :

- 3+ years of relevant Work Experience in sales. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

- Experience of managing a category in an e-commerce setup

- Proactive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals

- Excellent in group collaboration skills, ability to impact and influence outcomes

- Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities

- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

- Good MSExcel and presentation skills

- Detail-oriented

Compensation Levels- As per Industry Standard
