Key Responsibilities :
a. Responsible for conducting market research on the specified category.
b. Responsible for lead generation for the category.
c. Manage and guide the sales team.
d. Develop strategy for marketing and hunt for bringing brands on board
e. Implementing a go to market strategy.
f. Lead the category on Pan India/region basis.
h. Gather business intelligence and do competition analysis.
i. Manager will be responsible for the sourcing of relevant fashion brands and will also be accountable for profit and loss of the accounts.
j. Key Account Management as well as Sales will form a major responsibility of the role.
k. Up Selling and Cross selling.
