Setting up client wise goals and accountable for MOM growth

Tighter relationship with your clients and MOM SOW growth

Better competition analysis and business intelligence

Performance Monitoring and daily business scorecard

Accountable for every Client/Customer query resolution

Responsible for cross selling other products like FC, Slow, Hyperlocal, B2B etc.

Ensure Monthly evaluation of Per Packet yield

Better Volume forecasting with respect to DCs and Pincodes

Timely Business reviews with the team on Salesforce

Ensure minimum attrition with better team culture

360 degree feedback from your team, peers, cross functions

a. Developing, executing and delivering the company's Client Servicing strategy

b. Building proposals and interaction with internal delivery, finance, legal, marketing teams in developing account specific communication.

c. Introduce and Implement new learning and development initiatives across organization.

d. Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability.

e. The Client Servicing manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to ad-hoc teams of cross-functional technological resources to ensure the successful investigation, resolution and communication of all production or potentially client impactful incidents

CTC to be paid between 8-10 LPA
