Manager Merchandising(Ars)

Job Purpose :

- Person will be responsible for managing ARS inclusive of AIR/ AER, Planning, Promotions, replenishment, ensuring adherence of merchandising standards, timely offer rollouts and product availability on shop floor.

Principal Responsibilities :

Function :

- Automate process for replenishment at retail shop and buying team.

- Ensure stock levels are adequate to meet retail needs

- Provide the highest levels of customer service

- Adhere to rules and regulations as per the ARS policies and procedures manual

Responsibilities :

- Replenishment & Merchandise Planning

- OSA

- Coordination with Buying and warehouse team for stock mix, Bond expiry, depletion plan for slow movers and promotional execution

- Customer complaint query to be replied and resolved within TAT

- Ensure that the shop floor is always fully stocked and is merchandised to the highest standards as per the company merchandise layout and in line with suppliers merchandising requests

- Ensure that all saleable stock is quickly transferred from the store to the shop

- Ensure that proper stock rotation planning is applied to all "date" sensitive merchandise, while ensuring DDFS meets local customs regulations

- Ensure that all stock with special storage and display requirements are properly treated

- Ensure that all the necessary stock is always ordered from the stores and/or bonded warehouse to keep the retail units fully merchandised

- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality about all company documentation
