Del Monte Foods - Assistant Manager/Manager - Exports

Purpose of the Job : Responsible for new business development with existing customer, acquiring new customers on board and appointing distributors

Deliverables :

Expected Key Results :

- Ensuring sales and achieving the annual AOP for Exports

- Building Annual Execution Plan to deliver the AOP Numbers.

- Execution of Purchase orders from International customers

Business Development :

- Managing current business

- New business development with existing customer, getting new customers on board and appointing distributors

- New concepts development for QSRs and Food Service clients, sampling, market testing and execution

- Product cutting sessions with leading QSRs

- Exploring New Geographies

- Participating in International Food Expos

Coordination with Internal Teams :

- Closely working with NPD team of clients and launching new products

- Coordination internally with Plant, Marketing, Supply Chain

- Ensuring delivery on time and in full

Decision level :

Prime: To assist the Delivery/ Department Heads with decision making for effective deliveries.

Shared: Decisions reached jointly with stakeholders on collective basis

Contributory: Makes a major contribution to all the day to day decisions made by the stakeholders and senior management

Demonstrate :

The key areas candidates should have worked on : Export orders execution, Business development

Skills : Good communication skills, Should be a good team member, Should have flexible approach

Attitude : Should have positive attitude towards the roles & responsibilities, Should have proactive approach

Educational Level : MBA / PGDM / PGPM

Working Experience : Must have - 3to 5 Years
