DeHaat's one-stop solution incorporates an online marketplace alongside a rural network of service delivery centers, which together radically increase the profitability of farmers on the platform. At the same time, DeHaat brings transparency and efficiency across the entire agricultural value chain for B2B partners, including agri input companies, financial institutions, and commodity bulk buyers. Based in Gurgaon and Patna, DeHaat was founded in 2012 by alumni of IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, IIM Ahmedabad, and other premier institutions. Currently the DeHaat platform supports over 55,000 farmers across Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Odisha, bringing them 500+ agri input SKUs, exhaustive advisory content for major crops, and100+ commodity bulk buyers after they harvest.

Job Description :

Ideation :

- Understand the customer needs and generate ideas for new product features and enhancements

- Solicit ideas from various other stakeholders, Facilitate ideation process working closely with cross-functional groups

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to validate product ideas

Execution :

- Generate detailed requirements, use cases and other technical artefacts for development teams

- Execute product owner role in agile development process

- Define Minimum Viable Product feature sets

- Manage priorities, adjust product requirements, Monitor progress and useability.

- Work closely with engineering teams, develop trust with open communication

Rollout :

- Manage rollout process including customer communication and user training

- Participate in industry events, seminars and social events

- Manage social media contents related to product lines

Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in software product management

- Understanding of technology, concepts and trends

- Preferably working in fast-paced startup environment

- Expertise in - Lean Startup- methodologies - MVP and BML methods

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Any experience in Agri Tech sector is a strong plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering
