Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Preparing Business Plan for the region
- Establishing relationship with stakeholders and building partnership with Agri input companies, local departments
- Managing all type of licensing requirement for DeHaat
- Building portfolio of Private Labeled products
- Establishing Nodes, creating network of DeHaat franchise, onboarding and capacity building for the region
- Training & capacity building of sales and field teams
- Sales forecast & node wise, crop wise strategy for the region
Skills :
- 8+ years of experience in Agri-Input.
- Awareness of Agri Input Markets (Strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to manage, advice and collaborate diverse team members and external parties
Education : B.Sc. (Ag.) / M.Sc (Ag.)/ MBA -Agri Business.
