DeHaat - Manager - Financial Business Analytics & Operations

Purpose of the Role: To manage end-to-end business analytics

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage financial models for forecasting, variance analysis and problem-solving

- Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making

- Collaborating with relevant parties to create a budget.

- Employing strategies to ensure the company's growth.

- Employing means controlling company costs.

- Generating financial reports.

- Maximizing operating potential to exceed customers' expectations and company goals.

Qualification:

Key Skills & Experience required:

- 3 - 6 years of experience in financial analysis

- CA candidates would be highly preferred, else ICWA/CFA/MBA Finance

- Experience in Accounting

- Expertise in working with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching

- Ability to see through the data and analyze it to derive conclusions

- Proven track record of delivering projects in a timely manner

- Experience in Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting process
