Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing Head in conceptualizing & managing multi-level marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL)
- Work with Business Head(s) to effectively plan & execute campaigns to directly accelerate on ground adoption/revenue growth
- Act as a brand custodian to oversee wide array of business functions, including branding, communication across channels, online & offline promotions
- Work seamlessly with internal & external stakeholders including creative & production agencies to create a unique product/service proposition for the user
- Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives across trade, digital & offline platforms to drive brand awareness initiatives
- Analyse & measure business impact on marketing communications through primary & secondary research studies
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends & competitive benchmarking and suggest appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy
Skills/Requirements
- The candidate is a go getter, good at working with cross functional department and is a people person
- Should have prior work experience in managing a brand for 2-3 years
- Should have handled campaign development in terms of BTL, ATL, Print & Radio campaigns
- Should be ready to get his/her hands dirty & embrace ambiguity
Work Experience
- 3-5 years of overall experience with 2-3 years in managing a brand; MBA, preferably
