DeHaat- is one of the fastest growing start-ups in Agri Tech sector and one of the very few companies providing end-to-end solutions and services to the farming community in India. We are building AI-enabled technologies to revolutionize supply chain and production efficiency in farm sector. Currently, we are operating in - Bihar, UP, Odisha, and WB - with 400,000 farmers in our service network and our goal is to bring our services to 5 million farmers by 2024.

Responsibilities :
- Manage the full life-cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation.
- Partnering with hiring managers to track ongoing hiring needs of the business.
- Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Strategize, recommend and drive improvements for building a talent pipeline with a strong focus on cost control and quality of hire.
- Gain market intelligence by talent mapping
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
- Drive internal engagement and employee advocacy to amplify the message that depicts our organization as a great place to work.
- Run thorough analytics and have a data driven approach to positions being managed
Role Requirements :
- Degree in Management with an overall experience of 4-6 years in recruitment
- Experience with various sourcing strategies like headhunting, job posts, social media, referrals etc
- Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with line management and employees
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
