Looking for Sales hunters for Inside Sales role with 3 to 8 years of demonstrable successful experience sold complex IT solutions to end clients in the USA or Australia markets to be based out of Hyderabad. You will be required to work in the USA PST timings or Australian time zone.
Client Scouting :
- Sensing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Establishing contacts in the Big data, BI & Analytics space and developing relationships with prospects
- Understanding the pain areas and scope areas of the prospect and pitch relevant solutions available in DEFTeam's basket.
Business Pitch :
- Organizing Product/Solution Demos by providing them necessary access credentials.
- Organizing sensitization sessions for hot prospect with the Technical team.
- Proposing the costing to the client in consultation with the Sales Director.
- Closing the sale deal with the client in the agreed scope.
- Meeting the sales targets as prescribed by DEFTeam.
Client Retention :
- Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance by researching and recommending new solutions relevant for them
- Identifying further opportunities to serve the existing clients in areas that DEFTeam has strong foot print - upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Engaging with the Client during the association and after the completion in order to enhance the prospects of associating in future.
- Sending out reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and collecting feedback from the client on the satisfaction.
Self & Team Engagement :
- Develop network by engaging actively in relevant forums, conferences and by being part of relevant online communities
- Engage in branding DEFTeam over social media and other networks.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Build harmony in the team by contributing his/her own share.
Education, Qualification & Skills :
- An ideal candidate would be a Graduate in Engineering or Technology with an MBA with specialization in Sales, Marketing or Branding
- Possess 3 to 6 years of experience preferably in Big Data, Business Intelligence & Predictive Analytics sales or selling complex IT solutions.
- Should possess excellent Communication skills & Presentation skills
- A go getter with a diehard attitude
- Good at negotiation and client engagement
