Deepspatial - Finance Manager

Job Description:

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.

- You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner and decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:

- Partner with the CFO to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational financial goals.

- Analyse business performance and provide insights for decision-making.

Operational Excellence:

- Financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

- Act as a liaison between the CFO and other departments, ensuring alignment on priorities.

- Oversee company accounts and making Budgets and MIS.

- All statutory requirements to be met accurately and in a timely manner.

Project Management:

- Lead and manage special projects as directed by the CFO.

- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of key financial and operational initiatives.

- Costing project wise, tracking costs and making systems and procedures for it.

- Revenue recognition on Percentage Completion etc.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinate with investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders on behalf of the CFO.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve financial processes.

- Proactively address operational bottlenecks and propose solutions.

- Cost capturing and Revenue Recognition systems and Procedures.

Confidentiality & Professionalism:

- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

- Represent the CFO in high-level meetings and communications when required.

Qualification : CA.

- 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT or AI domain.

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of corporate finance principles.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using financial tools, Tally, Genius, MS Office Suite, and project management software.
