Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to oversee the brand development and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for awareness, and growth of our skincare products, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Market Research & Trend Analysis :
- Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform branding decisions.
- Analyse customer feedback and skincare trends to guide product innovation and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and perceptions of the brand
Product Launches & Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and oversee product launches, including marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, sales, PR, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Content Creation & Communication:
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and external agencies to develop compelling visual and written materials for marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media presence and digital marketing efforts to build an engaged community.
- Oversee the creation of press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials that reflect the brand identity.
Budget Management & ROI Analysis:
- Manage the marketing budget for the skincare line, ensuring cost-effective strategies with maximum ROI.
- Track and Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and promotions, adjusting strategies as needed based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams & external partners, including media agencies, influencers, and brand ambassadors, to promote the skincare brand.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in brand management for a beauty, skincare, or wellness organization.
- Proficient in analytics, consumer insight mining, social media/influencer marketing & project management
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding strategies.
- Strong understanding of skincare industry trends, consumer behavior, and product marketing.
- Exceptional communication & collaboration skills
- Experience managing multiple projects, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
