Roles and Responsibilities:
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Scrum practices and values to delight customers and following Agile methodology to gather requirements, design, and develop high quality deliverables.
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Providing all measurement data to the Senior Leadership teams.
- Incorporating regular and appropriate consultation with business can other stakeholders to validate project trajectory and project performance.
An ideal candidate will be/have:
- Should have knowledge about Agile techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of Scrum.
- Strong team player.
- CSM / Agile Coach certification would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated requirements.
