Role and Responsibilities:
- Program Manager will serve as a primary point of contact to Work with the leadership team to manage cross-functional, high-impact initiatives and programs that enable the company to achieve strategic and tactical goals.. The incumbent for the position is expected to deliver but not limited to on following responsibilities:
- Work with the leadership team to manage cross-functional, high-impact initiatives and programs that enable the company to achieve strategic and tactical goals.
- Update senior management/ stakeholders on progress against plans on a regular basis and escalate issues as and when required.
- Proactively identify potential conflicts, issues and risks associated with data challenges on projects.
- Monitor and follow up post project delivery to ensure all outstanding issues are resolved and control Plans are implemented.
- Deploy best project and program management methodologies and practices.
- Lead successful implementations of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing growth, profitability and accelerating company performance.
- Define, track, and refine metrics and KPIs that measure the business health and successful execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
An ideal candidate will be/have:
- Master/ bachelor's degree in business administration
- 2-3 Years of experience into Program management / Corporate Strategy
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment.
- Must have ability to get things done.
- Skills to work as an individual contributor
