Job Profile :
- We at Decision Point are looking for an HR Manager at our Gurgaon Office.
- The position will manage end to end Talent Acquisition which includes direct sourcing, initial screening and shortlisting candidates according to job specifications, sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media.
- Person shall also be responsible for HR Operation responsibilities
Key Deliverables :
- Closely partner with Business Leaders to manage current & future recruitment needs
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Create detailed job descriptions
- Resume Screening, Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Follow up with candidates
Skills/Experience Required:
Requirements/Qualifications : Post Graduate/ MBA with Specialization in Human Resources /Marketing
- Min.3 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in Analytics
- Successful track record in executing talent acquisition strategies and solutions with measurable impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Experience in managing team
Salary :
