Decision Point - Manager - Finance

Financial Manager will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and payroll.

Skills and Responsibilities :

- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

- Maintain books, document financial transactions by entering account information.

- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

- Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.

- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.

- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances. Maintain P&L and project cash flow.

- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Follow up on payments from clients

- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

- Manage the preparation of the company's budget

- Liaison with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

Education Qualification :

- Bachelor`s/Masters degree in Finance or accounting
