Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Initiatives Design & Implementation:

- Work closely with the CEO to identify, conceptualize, and prioritize strategic initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals.

- Design and draft detailed project charters that outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.

- Lead the end-to-end project management, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.

- Transition projects smoothly to operational teams as they become business as usual, ensuring continued success post-implementation.

2. Enterprise Data Custodianship:

- Be the single point of ownership for all resource & project-related metrics including but not limited to project profitability, project health scorecard, customer satisfaction scores, and delivery team satisfaction.

- Design and implement robust data collection systems and processes to gather, analyze, and present these metrics.

- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and relevancy in metrics.

3. Support for Executive Meetings with Investors:

- Gather essential data and information from internal teams to prepare sharp and comprehensive presentations for investor meetings.

- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and the Founders' office to ensure timely and efficient data flow.

- Ensure that all presentations and materials are in line with the company's strategic goals and objectives and showcase the company's performance and potential in the best light

Preferred Qualifications:

- An MBA degree from a Tier 1 institution in India.

- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in strategy, project management, or related roles.

- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.

- Superior presentation skills, with the capability to present to high-level executives and investors.

- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL etc.

- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.

- Proven track record of successfully executed projects, preferably in a leadership role.
