Role: Data Engineer

Location: Gurgaon

Designation: (as per interview performance & EXL fitment)

Work Timings: 12pm- 9pm

- Rewrite and consolidate ETLs from Informatica Power Center to stored procedures in Azure SQL Database

- Partner with Analytic SMEs for guidance on best practices and procedures to utilize throughout the rewrite process and consolidate/eliminate existing ETLs where possible

- Document work completed including data models and data flow diagrams

- Detailed status reporting to track progress

Skills Required:

- Informatica ETL - to understand what is currently written

- Transact SQL / Stored Procedures - to be able to rewrite existing ETLs

- Teradata SQL knowledge

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

- Ability to work independently in IC role

Good to have :

- Good understanding of Azure SQL Database

- Good understanding of Azure Data Factory

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Experience in managing Python codes and collaborating with customer on model evolution.
