Decision Analytics Manager - BFSI - IIT/IISC/IIM/ISI

We are strictly looking professionals with hands on experience in PORTFOLIO ANALYTICS, UNDERWRITING, ACQUISITION, ATTRITION ANALYTICS.

Excellent BFS domain knowledge.

It's a STRATEGIC ANALYTICS + Team Leading role.

B.Tech: Has to be from IIT or NIT

Min. 3 years experience

What you- ll be doing:

Your key job responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Perform Statistical Analysis and develop policies on underwriting, portfolio management, Collections/Recoveries, Marketing campaigns etc

- Manage a team of Professionals across different areas in Risk strategy, MIS etc

- Portfolio and loss forecasting

- Understand the business, product, risk and P&L dynamics across all portfolios

- Deep understanding of credit risk models, behavior score, statistical modeling methods, forecasting and analytical techniques

What we need you to know:

- Have exposure working in Risk analytics in Banking/Financial services.

- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering/mathematics/ statistics/ economics from premier institutes (IIT, IISC, IIM, ISI etc.)

- 3+ years in Risk analytics in Banking/Financial services

- Worked on any of the credit portfolios: e.g. Credit Card, Debit Card, Loans, Insurance, Mortgage etc

- Strong analytical problem-solving, quantitative and project management skills

- Strong knowledge of SAS or R and SQL.

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

- Ability to train junior staff and lead small teams on engagements if required
