Decimal Technologies - Project Manager

Job Title : Project Manager

Reports To : Head - Delivery

Job Objective :

- Requirements Gathering, Design, Development and Delivery of Enterprise Mobile Solution.

- Meeting internal and client expectations on quality and timeliness of project deliveries that include Mobile Applications, Web applications, Middleware and Reports.

- Owning and managing client relationships.

Main Duties/Tasks :

- Managing Development Projects through (8-12 member) teams including

- Developers

- QA and Testing Team

- Release Management

- Source Code and Version Management

- Engaging with the client for project planning and required Sign Offs

- Requirements Gathering and Preparing Business Requirements Document

- Creating Functional Specifications Document

- Project Planning & Tracking

- Resource Management

- Task Distribution to team

- Identifying and Managing Change Requests

- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.

- Ensures risk identification and mitigation

- Ensures delivery quality

Job Qualifications :

- BE/BTech with minimum of 6-11 years of work experience. A minimum Experience of 2 years as Project Lead/Manager

- Experience in Managing multiple concurrent projects (Good to Have, not a must for a person having less than 10 years of experience)

- Experience in team management

- Understanding of technical/product architectures in general

- Exposure to client interaction

- Should understand Iterative and Agile Methodologies

- Experience in Java, creation/ integration with Web services, PL SQL)

Desirable : PMP PMI Certified
