- Craft a product that is a leader in its space

- Own the product from conceptualisation of product/features to articulation to tech teams, development, user testing, GTM planning, acquiring first customer/POC and thereafter being SME of the product to the Sales team

- Keep an eye on upcoming market/customer needs, competition and possible features/technology possibilities. Including them in the product road-map and getting them implemented

- Retail Assets (primarily Personal, Auto and SME Loans) - from Sales to Ops

- Retail Liabilities - CASA - from Sales to Ops

- Digital enablement of above two
