Job Description:
- As a key member of our sales team, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our SaaS solutions in the US market.
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in US sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology and Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers in the US market.
- Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our SaaS products to prospects and conduct product demonstrations as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to develop account strategies and penetrate target organizations.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of lead generation Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BDR/SDR in a SaaS environment, with a focus on US sales.
- Proven success in early-stage startups, achieving notable sales milestones.
- Track record of surpassing targets in similar deal sizes (500$) and company sizes (25 employees).
- Expertise in selling complex SaaS solutions, including those with unique challenges.
- Strategic approach to doubling opportunities and enhancing conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g, Freshworks) and sales engagement platforms.
- Demonstrated effort, positive attitude, and reliability in all tasks.
