Role Description -

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik.

As a Manager - Valuations & Advisory, you will be responsible for leading teams in valuations of equity and debt instruments, advisory, and any other projects assigned. This role requires the development of models that are reviewed by clients and peers to ensure accuracy and quality.

You will be tasked with managing workflow and timelines and handling clients to maintain strong relationships. You will also be responsible for completing and reviewing financial analyses, conducting research, and using financial tools to create reports, prepare presentations, and share data-driven insights with the rest of the team.

Qualifications:

- Creating, evaluating, and revising Financial Models focused on equity markets.

- Maintaining regular communication with clients to discuss opinions and provide updates on various companies.

- Developing a strong understanding of the companies being assessed.

- Composing reports on fund and market performance at the end of each quarter.

- Fulfilling ad hoc report requests from clients.

- Taking initiative in generating new ideas.

- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior analysts.

- Supervising a small team consisting of 3-4 analysts.
