Decimal Point Analytics - Client Relationship Manager

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: Mumbai or Nashik

Role Description -

- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers

- Act as the first Point of Contact for client(s) for any issues/queries

- Address and resolve customer issues

- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers

- Inform the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities

- Actively close new sales opportunities and find right fit for growth of client for DPA

- Promote and maintain a positive company image

- Internal and External Interfaces - Client team(s) and DPA delivery teams

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Understand client business profile, DPA's existing deliverables, timelines, and billing details

- Regularly communicate with Client contacts for relationship building, introducing new DPA solutions, understanding client pain points

- Communicate proactively with DPA team(s) to resolve client issues

- Work independently, with the guidance from reporting head

Qualification:

- MBA in Marketing with 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previous experience in similar role will be an added advantage.

Skills and Experience

- Cross functional experience in client interaction/business development and financial research/data science

- Good communication skills with an excellent command over English

- Ability to articulate and communicate thoughts/opinions in effective manner

- Ability to grow business with existing clients

- Previous experience of product management will be an added advantage
