Job Title/Designation: Business Scientist (post successful completion of probation period as Management Trainee)

Qualification: MBA in Finance, Analytics or Technology

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Description:

We are looking for talented and motivated Management Trainees to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in finance, analytics, or technology, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The Management Trainee will be responsible for gaining exposure to different areas of our business and will have the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects.

- Knowledge of finance and economics (Basic Accounting, Equity, Bond, DCF and Relative valuations is a plus).

- Knowledge of business statistics.

- Knowledge of financial market, Options, Futures and Mutual funds.

- Deep understanding of valuation of derivatives OR deep understanding of business analytics principles as applied to sales, marketing, HR, and inventory management domains

- Experience of handling data/technical/finance projects.

- Working knowledge of excel, with understanding of macros

- Knowledge of python and database technologies.
