Job Description
- As a member of the India & GCC Sales Team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our organization.
- Identify new opportunities and manage end-to-end sales pipeline and process with new prospects, within specified industry vertical markets and our strategic accounts.
- Identify organizations/lines of business and their key decision-makers in need for our research, analytics, and software engineering services.
- Work hand-in-hand with leadership and consulting colleagues to articulate DPA's differentiation, and value proposition; and highlight business benefits and value.
- Formulate and drive demand generation campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Assess profitable opportunities from leads received and generated from industry verticals and strategic accounts.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key prospects and decision makers, within strategic accounts and industry verticals, anticipating needs and undertaking actions to exceed expectations.
- Successfully leverage ideas across clients and industries to formulate the best practices and creative thinking to generate new sales leads.
- Structure and negotiate contract and SOW (Statement of Work) commercial terms & conditions with prospective business partners and strategic accounts.
- Actively contribute to DPA's thought leadership and provide proactive input for developing next generational offerings and solutions in research, analytics, and software engineering.
- Build executive presence through publication of blogs, participating in events & conferences, and industry forums.
- Lead the sales process in a consultative fashion, and work with consulting/delivery teams to move leads from qualified opportunities to business contracts.
- Support RFPs by offering insights into the prospective/existing clients' business and motivations, including building compelling proposals.
- Should have experience in selling AI/ ML based projects/ products selling.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of successfully meeting/exceeding annual sales goals and targets in India & GCC.
- Experience within and understanding of the financial services or high-tech industry in India & GCC is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, building and leading successful sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.
- Familiarity with fintech products, financial services, and technology solutions. Understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills. Ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Ability to formulate sales strategies aligned with business objectives and execute on innovative sales approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish strong rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data insights for informed decision-making and sales strategy refinement.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and seize opportunities in a dynamic market.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to changing market conditions.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques and contract management.
- Tools: Proficient with the usage of Microsoft productivity tools, Salesforce CRM or similar, and sales enablement technologies.
