TEAM BACKGROUND :

You will be a part of the digital commerce team at Decathlon, with a specific focus on:

1. Regional Digital Business Planning & Execution

2. Increasing store & regional Omni mix

3. Collaborate and manage CDMRs(City Digital & Marketing Referents) along with city leaders

4. Develop and manage omni initiatives: Order online-pick up from stores, Speed of Delivery, Order online - return offline, Quick commerce, Outstore, Google My Business, stock planning & affiliation

5. Store Training

6. All digital initiatives inside the stores like Digital Tickets, kiosks, Mobile POS, instore communications, etc

7. NPS of omni sales

8. Omni Marketing initiatives to enhance business

9. Omni Dashboards

Job Description :

An assistant Omni Channel Leader plays a critical role in planning the Omni channel strategies with the leadership and leading teams at Decathlon along with the City Digital & Marketing Referands (CDMR) and the City Leaders & the Store Leaders.

Traveling to the cities along with the CDMR and city leaders to create awareness and the importance of Omni as a channel and then planning the year project, monitoring progress, driving knowledge & business sharing via training programs, dashboards and guiding the store teams to achieve the yearly objectives would be the primary responsibilities of this role. The role must understand the challenges that stores face today and help them iron them out and support the stores in the running of their daily business and operations.

Qualifications :

- A Master's degree is preferred

- 4-8 years of relevant experience

- Demonstrated expertise in category management, preferably within the D2C or e-commerce sector

- Managing store business & operations related to stores

- Proficient analytical skills, with a strong ability in data analysis and market research

- Outstanding communication essential

- Collaboration skills

Office Location : Decathlon Anubhava, Bangalore

Work policy : 4 days from office (1 days wfh)
