Broking: both Institutional and Retail Wealth: Distribution of MF and wealth products, Family Office biz (HNIs and UHNIs) both local and offshore jurisdictions. Investment Management Biz : Two funds, Credit Opportunities Fund and Green Shoots Fund. - COF does large mature deals whilst Green Shoots does start-ups. Corporate Agent: Insurance, Infra Advisory Biz, Litigations recoveries before the NCLT, Arbitrations, S.138 matters, and Court matters, Dealing in Criminal, civil cases. - Dealing with multiple law firms. - Working knowledge of International Laws. Job Description: - Co-ordinating & enhancing relationships with respective Bank, NBFC or any other prospective lenders for execution of mandate - Client Acquisition for Debt Syndication. - Planning and executing business development strategies for debt syndication and other Ancillary products. - Preparing detailed Information Memorandum, Pitch book, Presentations. - Ensure timely submission of information and clarify queries from Banks, FIs, Credit Funds and NBFCs. - Making Presentations and Proposal Documentation - Meeting Corporates & giving presentations on project financing - Analysis of Balance Sheets & data of the Corporate Key Requirements: - Education: CA/MBA, CFA will be an added advantage - 2- 5 yrs relevant experience in debt syndication - Financial modeling along with Financial Analysis/ Preparation of Financial Reports Sector: Infrastructure/Project Finance
