Debt Syndication - International Business Group - NBFC

Currently running an opportunity with one of the leading NBFCs in their International Business Group team

- This role focuses majorly on Debt Syndication/Debt structuring at international level.

- The candidate is Responsible For Financial Modelling, Product Ideation, Update and provide market insight and intelligence,

- He also will conduct Analysis of Target Companies and provide leads to the Business Development team.

- He will be involved in Coordination for transactions, making Pitch Presentations and Mandate Negotiations

- 5 -7 years of relevant work experience is required.

Academic Qualification : MBA / CA / CFA is preferred
