Opening - Debt Syndication- Infra/Real Estate

Company - Leading Financial Services Firm

Location - Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

- Successful execution of Debt transactions

- A deep understanding of corporate credit and project finance with ability to structure deals is essential.

- Structuring and Raising loans for Companies / Projects (Including Financial Modeling and deal appraisals)

- Finalization of Term Sheet with clients

- Preparing Information Memorandum / Financial Models

- Making presentations at Banks / FIs and handling queries

- Negotiations with Banks/FIs at middle and senior level for sanctioning of loan

Multiple openings. Designation and remuneration will be based on experience.
