Job Title : Debt Syndication Execution & Placement - Investment Banking - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- We are looking for middle to senior level executive for Credit execution & placement of Debt including working capital, term & project loans.

- He should be able to prepare the Projection, proposal note, Co-ordinate with bank etc.

- Should have experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value in excess INR 25 crs and above each.

- We can look candidate working in manufacturing companies having banking limits of more than Rs.500 crores

- We can consider the candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets deal/One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring (S4A, SDR etc.), /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP)

- The deserving candidate will be paid remuneration (along with incentive package) as per the industry standard
