Responsibilities:

- To explore the market & source for potential deals. Deal origination, evaluating investment opportunity offerings to clients, coordinating diligence, and Deal Structuring.

- Should have strong expertise in rates & Credit

- Handle issuances Debt issuances in the primary market & have to sell them down with investors in primary .

- Involved right from Origination to Execution of deals. ( 60:40 )

- Liasoning with Banks and Financial Institutions constantly for the appetite.

- Independently built and maintained investor relationship / network of Banks, Insurance Companies & FIs at Senior Levels.

- Advising clients on the pricing and timing of Debt issuance.

- To work on different aspects of placement of debt issuances, Assess appetite for different types of debt issuances / corporates among the investors on an ongoing basis.

- Leading the team to make presentations to investors, preparation of offer document / dissemination material information to investors, as per regulatory requirements.

- Liaising with rating agencies, IPA agents, depository participants, banks, stock exchanges and other intermediaries for smooth settlement of client’s transactions.

- Excellent institutional investor relationships across investor classes – bank treasury, debt mutual fund managers, insurance fund managers, large pension funds, NBFCs, financial institutions, debt FIIs, corporate treasuries, family offices, wealth fund advisors.

- Strong track record of successful & profitable distribution of bond transactions and structured debt products

- Deep understanding of credit ratings history for various clients.
