Debt Capital Markets Origination

Key Requirements:

- Good, proven, Debt Capital Markets Origination skills and track record of origination activity : interaction with CFOs, Promoters to originate Debt Capital Market transactions

- Should have excellent credit analysis skills

- Should be able to originate vanilla as well as complex deals

- Should have excellent and proven structuring skills

- Should be able to work with colleagues in Corporate Coverage to jointly originate transactions

- Should be comfortable with loans, bonds, securitized products, and other hybrid debt instruments

- Should be comfortable handling documentation on his / her own, as well as be thoroughly familiar with Legal, compliance, and regulatory aspects

Following Skills would be an added advantage:

- Knowledge of other Banking products

- RBI / SEBI relationships

- Investor coverage - so that deals are originated according to investor appetite

- Experience of working on transactions with Offshore linkages

- Working knowledge of FX & Derivatives

Kindly note that only candidates with relevant experience with other Banks or DCM outfits shall be considered for the profile
