DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS & Money Markets

KRA :

1. Contribute to team revenue targets as per the discretion of desk head / management

2. Min 20% market share in each client allocated by desk head / management

3. Identify new investors and corporates to invest in debt instruments

4. Consistent demonstration of team spirit

5. Demonstrate relevant domain knowledge and constant updation of same

6. Uphold LKP's goodwill and keep organization goals above individual goals

7. Maintain and develop strong relationships with allocated clients as per the discretion of desk head / management

JD:

1. Dealing in primary fixed income and secondary money markets and instruments.

2. Daily recorded communication with allocated clients regarding transactions.

3. Travel flexibility across India / Abroad on self / desk head discretion

4. Originate trade / transaction ideas and convert them into execution with own clients and

also share the same with team colleagues

5. Regular reading of LKP research reports and keeping update of relevant macro- economic

events/trends affecting fixed income and debt capital markets

6. Maintaining daily market deals data as per the discretion of desk head

7. Generating corporate leads for treasury services and debt capital fund raising opportunities

8. Operating knowledge of EBP / FTRAC / RFQ and relevant software and trading / reporting platforms at the discretion of desk head

9. Effective deal reporting and settlements co-ordination with back office and mid office teams

10. Data driven , rationality based approach towards business execution

11. Strong , effective communication with allocated clients ensuring compliance , hygiene and upholding the credibility of LKP brand
