As a Dean of Business School, you will be responsible for academic planning, enhancement of programs, curriculum, teaching, scholarship and service, and allocation of resources.

What you will do :

- Representing and promoting the business school both internally and externally.

- Leading the faculty, to achieve the mission of the college in the areas of teaching, scholarship, and service.

- Reviewing and approving all curricular requests and coordinate instruction, ensuring programs meet accreditation standards.

- Developing and overseeing policies and procedures for the business school

- Implementing academic policies established by the University

- Responding to student academic concerns and seek resolution

- Assisting in the establishment of and support for the orderly and regular review of programs and curriculum.

- Gathering regular feedback and evaluation to ensure that the School is focused on continually improving the student experience.

- Creating objectives and measurable targets for all members of staff which link to overarching strategic goals.

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Work experience as dean at tier I or tier II business school

- Experience of around 15 to 20 years in the educational field

- Administrative experience in higher education

- Experience of teaching and scholarly work as an associate professor or higher

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong personality to be the face of the business school
