2. Responsible for approving faculty hiring, overseeing budget, setting academic rules and policies, developing academic programs and performing administrative functions.

3. Coordinate student activities, participate in activities of faculty committees, advise Director of educational institution on academic matters and provide academic counseling or advising to students and faculty.

4. Must have the ability to improve programs and monitor policies, while making sure all accreditation, criterion concerning academics is strictly followed.

5. Must present a three year phased plan to the Vice Chancellor clearly indicating the budgetary requirements and revenue generation prospects.

6. Development of best in class Syllabus, assessment schemes and Industry-Institute linkages

7. Track Ranking and Accreditation.

8. Maintaining Budgetary control and optimize profitability.

9. Managing, maintaining and upgrading hard and soft infrastructure.
