Male or Female, Engineer and MBA from a reputed University. 15-18 yrs of total experience as Good Hunter and 12 years of sales experience in technical software sales and license selling.

Indian Nationals with a transferable H1B visa or a Green Card holder and US citizens will have an advantage, given the quotas for a H1B visa is very competitive.

Stability in previous organisations.

A minimum of 4-5 years stint in earlier organisations.

Experience in selling software Products and Services.

Advantage to have sold domain based products in Utilities, Oil & Gas, Power, Government etc.

Candidate must be a hunter and a door opener.

Motivated to earn incentives that is open ended, though the fixed salary component is competitive and well compared to market norms.

Past sales deals clinched should have at least one or two big deals worth USD 10 mn or more.

Expectations in the company is to have the Sr Director looking at 2 or 3 - USD 25-50 mn deals.

Good understanding of influencers and decision making process in the East Coast clientele market
