Role : Regional Sales Manager
We have an immediate requirement for a Branch Head - Bangalore Industrial Branch. The Bangalore Industrial Branch is a largest branch's among all our branch's in India with a turnover of around INR.130 crores annually.
Key criteria's :
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Should have done his MBA from top 3 - 4 IIMs passed out in 2010 - 11. (IIMA, IIMB, IIMC, IIML, IIMK)
- The under graduation should be BE / B Tech from any good institute.
- Only male profiles to be sourced for this position.
- Local candidates based out of Bangalore will be preferred. Alternatively, local candidates based out of Bangalore and who are keen to return to Bangalore should be considered.
- The compensation range for this position can go up to 35 LPA.
- The target companies will be Dabur, Marico, PepsiCo, Coca Cola, GSK, P&G, Britannia, ITC.
Principal Accountabilities :
- B2B Sales
- Sales and distribution for entire state of Karnataka in Industrial division
- Managing Key Accounts
- Responsible for Branch operations
- Despatches
- Warehouse Management
- Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch
- Managing people - 15 - 20 Coats employees, 20 - 30 C & FA employees
- Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share
- Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff
- Training and development of sales personnel.
