Role : Recruitment Manager

- Maximum 10 years hands-on experience in Lateral & Fresher Recruitment (Not looking for an HR Generalist)

- Around 2-3 years experience in leading a team of 5-10 recruiters

- Recruitment experience should be in top-class Software services companies (with employee strength more than 5,000)

- Average tenure in a company should be more than 3 - 5 years

Location : Udupi, Karnataka

Reporting to : VP-HR

Salary Range : 15 - 20 LPA
