- Should have clear exposure to entire gamut of entire HR starting Talent Acquisition, HR planning, Strategic HR, Performance Management, Compliance, Employee Life Cycle Management, Lead many organizational development initiatives, Learning and development, Career Management, Succession Planning to name a few.
- Role involves Lead a team of Talent acquisition for critical positions for challenging requirements, and guide the TA team to ensure closure. Effectively work through internal stake holders, Senior management and External consultants and agencies.
- Able to create practices that will ensure High performance Management practices within organization, ensure high productivity levels, developing high standards to meet the growing demands of customers.
- Take up organizational development initiatives from time to time and ensure short and long term talent requirements are met up for internal and external requirements.
- Able to initiate sound Talent management Strategy, that will ensure steady talent supply to the organization.
- Able to create strong HR policies, processes and system.
- To create Strong HR planning which factors in short, medium and long term needs of the organization.
- Able to assess Talent supply, demand and supply scenario and proactively engage with relevant stake holders and ensure proper workforce planning in line with changing market scenario
- Promote strong team work, improve productivity, Cross functional collaboration to address the growing needs of business
- To ensure suitable measurements to measure performance at various levels.
