- Heading Production facility at Pondicherry

- Well versed with all HR related aspects.

- Handled IR issues and statutory compliance issues

- Able to work with multiple level of people top management, workers, managers, corporate office.

- Good at reporting and issue handling and reaching out to problem resolution keeping interest of the organization paramount.

- Should manage multiple organization dynamics and should manage issues proactively by engaging relevant stake holders.

- Should be able to take tough decisions and able to work in a collaborative manner with different stake holders and dept heads.

- Should be familiar with designing HR policies, Grievance readdressal, escalation management and political forces within the organization.

- Candidate must have Tamil language proficiency

Salary range : 15 - 20 LPA
