Position - Head of Business Development - CBT

Experience - 10 to 15 years.

Job Description -

- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.

- Proactively identifies domestic market keeping the Educational sectors and having clearly established relationship and contacts.

- Comes up with a projection of business potential in CBT vertical and discusses with top management and likely Top line and bottom line, year on year growth and market strategy

- Oversees current offerings and identifies new offerings by internal and collaborative relationship in the educational industry comes up with initiatives for new arrangements of seats and clients.

- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor services, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

- Works with the entire team to develop detailed marketing plans for all social media channels.

- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, and other marketing-related projects

- Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important service delivery meetings

- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective plans for each service

- Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives

- Adjusts marketing plans and strategies as needed in response to the collected feedback.

- Is frequent with Clients such as TCS, Sify, Pearson VUE, Prometric, Aptech, NSEIT and all other esteemed clients in CBT business.

- Oversees the market and develops new strategies to gather clients and business on a bulk volume. Should be able to judge the market trend and gather volume business.

- Should be highly presentable and effortless in communicative English.

- Willing to Travel anywhere in the country.

- Should be fluent in Hindi, English, preferably Bengali
