Job Purpose

Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables in respect of location city and upcountry locations

- PG in Sales and Marketing (MBA / PGDPM)

- Premier B Schools like IIMs, NMIMs, KG Somaiah, IMT Ghaziabad, Symboisis, etc preferred.

- 3 - 4 years of prior relevant work experience

- Current experience to be in consumer goods - preferably from industries like paints, lubricants, adhesives (Pidilite), tyres. Other consumer goods industries like FMCG/Foods/fast moving consumer durables like mobile handsets etc ..

- Target companies are Asian Paints, Pidilite, Nerolac, ICI Paints, Aksonobel, Pepsico, etc

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Channel Sales Management

2. Collections

3. Sales and distribution for entire state in Consumer division

4. Managing Key Accounts

5. Responsible for Branch operations

6. Despatches

7. Warehouse Management

8. Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch

9. Managing people - 15 - 20 Coats employees, 20 - 30 C & FA employees

10. Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share

11. Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff

12. Training and development of sales personnel.
