Position : Lead / Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist - Supply Chain / Operations
Location : Bangalore / Delhi / Mumbai
The position owns end to end Talent Acquisition lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. You shall be responsible for fulfillment of assigned talent needs of DealShare's Supply Chain vertical. The teams owns Talent engagement, Screening, Conversion, Candidate Experience and Onboarding inline with DealShare Talent Strategy.
Key Responsibilities for the position include :
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition :
- Create deep talent pools in Supply Chain / Operations in-line with DealShare Talent Strategy.
- Develop and execute day to day communication including Job descriptions, Job adverts and Social media posts.
- Drive the sourcing efforts and ensure the right quality of candidates are sourced based on the business requirement and within the committed timelines.
- Optimise sourcing strategy including pitch, sourcing platform and talent funnel in-line with short and medium term Talent Acquisition Plans.
Conversion and Talent Experience :
- Pre-screen candidate profiles to ensure good fitment as per skill and experience matrix for the Open positions.
- Drive hiring process for identified candidates managing stakeholders and mitigating roadblocks.
- Lead Offer negotiations with the candidates and help resolve their queries and concerns effectively.
- Own candidate experience on behalf of DealShare for the assigned positions.
Candidate Onboarding :
- Own candidate engagement from Offer to Joining and ensure onboarding is completed in alignment with the concerned HRBP.
Stakeholder Management :
- Manage stakeholders including leadership and hiring managers to ensure smooth execution of talent acquisition plans.
Desired Education and Experience :
- 2-7 years end to end Talent Acquisition Experience in high growth Startup Environment
- Minimum Graduate, BE / BTech and MBA Preferred.
- Must have startup experience
- Must have direct hiring experience (Sourcing/Screening/Offer/Joining) for Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations domain preferably for eCommerce startup (Early Stage / Growth)

- High on Listening skills, process and detail orientation
- Ability to translate job requirements from hiring managers into effective Job Description and Job Posts
